PUBLIC NOTICE No. 57/2015-2020
New Delhi, Dated the 27th January, 2016
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade
Policy (2015-20), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby relaxes the
provision as in Para 2.55 (d) of Handbook of Procedure, 2015-20 and notifies
vide this Public Notice, as under, with immediate effect:-
The validity of recognition of those Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs)
included in the Appendix 2G of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms (A&ANF) of
Foreign Trade Policy (2015-20) who have completed their tenure of three years as
PISAs as on date or whose validity would expire on or before 31st May, 2016, is
extended up till 31st May, 2016.
Effects of this public notice: Agencies as listed in the Appendix 2G of A&ANF
of FTP 2015-20 are valid up till 31st May 2016.
