Subject: Extension of validity of Pre-Shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs)
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 read with paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (2015-20), the Director General of Foreign Trade in relaxation of the provision as in Para 2.55 (d) of the Handbook of Procedure, 2015-20, notifies as under:-
The validity of recognition of the Pre-Shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) included in Appendix 2G of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms (A&ANF) of Foreign Trade Policy (2015-20) which are completing their original tenure of three years or their extended tenure as on 30.9.2020 is extended up to 31.12.2020 or until the new list of PSIAs is notified, whichever is earlier.
Effect of this Public Notice: Validity of all the Pre-Shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) as listed in the Appendix 2G of A&ANF, is extended up to 31.12.2020 or until the new list of PSIAs is notified, whichever is earlier.
