Fixation and modification of input output norms
Public Notice No. 52 dated 3rd December 2001
Attention is invited to Paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy 1997-2002, as amended and Paragraphs 7.8 and 7.10 of the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.1, 1997-2002, as amended and also to the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 1997-2002, as amended from time to time.
2. In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy 1997-2002, as amended, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments/modifications and additions in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 1997-2002, as amended.
3. In the statement of Standard Input Output Norms as contained in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2, 1997-2002, as amended, amendments/ corrections at appropriate places as mentioned in Annexure "A� to this Public Notice shall be made.
4. In the statement of Standard Input Output Norms, following additions shall be made at appropriate places as mentioned below:-
CHEMICALS AND ALLIED PRODUCTS:
After the existing entry at Sl.No.A-2789, the new entries at Sl.No.A-2790 to A-2799 shall be added as per Annexure �B� to this Public Notice.
ENGINEERING PRODUCTS:
After the existing entry at Sl.No.C-1710, the new entries at Sl.No.C-1711 to C-1719 shall be added as per Annexure �C� to this Public Notice.
5. This issues in public interest.
Besides, the following norms have been altered/ amended/ deleted vide this Public Notice:
Chemical & Allied Products: A375, A1520;
Engineering Products:
C252, C965, C966, C1081, C1325;
Textile Products: J50.
All these amendments have been incorporated in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol. II). To view these changes, go to appropriate book sections.
