Notification No. 26 dated 13th May 2002 (NT)
In
exercise of the powers conferred by section 28AA of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of
1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the
Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 32/ 2000-Customs (N.T.), dated
the 12th May, 2000 (GSR 438 (E), dated the 12th May,
2000), the Central Government hereby fixes the rate of interest at fifteen
percent, per annum for the purposes of the said section.
