Notification No. 25 dated 13th May 2002 (NT)
In
exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of
1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the
Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 21/2001-Customs (N.T.), dated
the 11th May 2001 (GSR 354 (E), dated the 11th May 2001),
the Central Government hereby fixes the rate of interest at eight percent per
annum for the purposes of the said section.
