Subject: Harmonization of Table 2 of Appendix 3B for exports made with effect front 01.01.2020.
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has notified the amended Indian Trade Classification (Harmonized System)- ITC(18). 2017 harmonizing it with the Finance (No.2) Act. 2019 dated 1st August, 2019 vide Notification No. 38/2015-2020 dated 01.01.2020.
2. In order to harmonize the MEIS schedule with the ITC HS, in exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy (2015-2020). Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in fable 2 of Appendix 3B under MEIS as notified vide Public Notice 61 dated 07.03.2017and as amended from nine to time:
A. One entry is added in the Table 2 of Appendix 313 for exports made with effect from 01.01.2020
