PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 20/2015-2020
NEW DELHI, DATED THE 1st JULY, 2016
Sub:- Inclusion of Inland Container Depots located at Hosur
(Tamil Nadu) and Nattakkam Village (Kottayam Taluk/District) as a Port
of Registration under Para 4.37 of Hand Book of Procedures (2015-2020)
In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign
Trade Policy 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby
amends para 4.37 (a) of Handbook of Procedures (2015-2020):-
Hosur (Tamil Nadu) and Nattakkam Village (Kottayam Taluk and
District) shall be added at the end of ICDs listed in paragraph 4.37 (a)
of Hand Book of Procedures (2015-2020) related to Port of Registration.
(In the revised edition of Hand Book of Procedures name of this Port
would be placed in correct alphabetical order).
Effect of this Public Notice:
ICDs located at Hosur (Tamil Nadu) and Nattakkam Village (Kottayam Taluk
and District) are included under para 4.37 (a) Hand Book of Procedures
(2015-2020) for availing export promotion benefits.
