In exercise of powers conferred under
paragraph 2.04 of the
Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign
Trade hereby includes the new Regional Office of Directorate General of
Foreign Trade (DGFT) at Belagavi, Karnataka at
S. No.38 (A) of Appendix - 1 A of
Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, as per details below

2 Effect of this Public Notice: The new Regional Office of DGFT at Belagavi, Karnataka is included in the

Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20. Consequently the territorial
jurisdiction of Regional Authority, Bangalore is reallocated as whole of
Karnataka excluding the districts which are under the jurisdiction of
Regional Authority, Belagavi.
