NEW DELHI, DATED THE, 16th FEBRUARY, 2018
Subject: Inclusion of Seaports located at Dhamra Port and Dighi Port under
Para 4.37 of Hand Book of Procedures 2015-20. – reg.
In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade
Policy 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Director General of Foreign
Trade makes the following amendment in Hand Book of Procedures 2015-2020.
2. Seaport located at Dhamra Port and Dighi Port are added at the end of Sea
Ports in paragraph 4.37(a) of Handbook of Procedures (2015-20) related to Port
of Registration.
(In the revised edition of Handbook of Procedures, names
of these Ports would be placed in correct alphabetical order).
3. Effect
of this Public Notice: Seaports located at Dhamra Port and Dighi Port are
included in paragraph 4.37(a) of Handbook of Procedures (2015-20) for availing
export promotion benefits under Chapter 4 of Foreign Trade.
