Introduction of New Software for Form A Returns - Revised Version

As you are aware, new Software has been
developed for submission of Form A returns to RBI. CDs of the revised version
have already been made available to all Scheduled Commercial Banks through our
Regional Offices.
2.
It has been decided to implement the package with immediate effect.
Accordingly, all scheduled commercial banks may submit a soft copy of Form A
returns (provisional and final) along with an authenticated hard copy in the new
software format to the Regional Offices as hitherto and an additional set of all
the above returns should also be furnished to the Central Office, Returns
Section of this Department at the abovementioned address (E-mail address: [email protected]).

This procedure may be implemented with effect from the fortnight ending
10th January 2003.
