G.S.R. … (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
25 of the
Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that
it is necessary in the
public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the
notification of the
Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.
45/2005-Customs, dated
the 16th May, 2005 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number
G.S.R. 318 (E), dated
the 16th May, 2005, namely:-
In the said notification, for the words, “produced or manufactured in”, the
words “cleared from”
shall be substituted.
Note. - The principal notification No. 45/2005-Customs, dated the 16th May, 2005
was published in the
Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide G.S.R. 318(E), dated the 16th May, 2005
and was last amended by
notification No. 19/2007-Customs, dated the 27th February, 2007 published in the
Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, vide G.S.R. 110 (E) dated the 27th February, 2007.
