In
exercise of the powers conferred by sub-item (6) of heading No. 98.01 of the
First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central
Government, having regard to the economic development of the country, hereby
makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of
India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 42/96-Customs,
dated the 23rd July,1996, namely:-
In
the said notification, -
(a)
for serial number 17 and the entry relating thereto, the following shall
be substituted, namely:-
"17. Bombay � Manmad �
Manglya (Indore) Pipeline Project.";
(b)
after serial number 22 and the entry relating thereto, the following
shall be inserted, namely:-
"23. LNG Terminal of Petronet LNG
Project at Dahej.".
