Notification No. 122 dated 3rd December 2001
In
exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs
Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is
necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further
amendments in the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of
Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table below in
the corresponding manner as specified in column (3) of the said Table, namely:-

condition (iv) of each of the notifications mentioned in Column (2) of
this Table, against Sl. Nos. (1), (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6),- in
condition
(iv), for the words �Bhilwara and Pondicherry�, the words
�Bhilwara, Pondicherry and Garhi Harsaru�, shall be substituted.
In
each of the notifications mentioned in column (2) of this Table against
Sl. Nos. (7), (8) and (9), in opening paragraph, in condition (iv), for
the words �Bhilwara Pondicherry�, the words �Bhilwara, Pondicherry
and Garhi Harsaru�, shall be substituted.
In
the notification mentioned in Column (2) of this Table against Sl. No.
(10), in condition (viii) for the words �Bhilwara and Pondicherry�,
the words �Bhilwara Pondicherry and Garhi Harsaru�, shall be
substituted;
In
the notification mentioned in Column (2) of this Table against Sl. No.
(11), in condition (4) for the words �Bhilwara and Pondicherry� the

substituted.
