Notification No. 75/2003 - Central Excise (N.T.)
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause
(iii) of Explanation 2 to the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 3 of the
Central Excise Act, 1944 (1of 1944), the Central Government hereby specifies Boranada Special Economic Zone at Jodhpur, in the State of Rajasthan, as a
“special economic zone”.
Explanation.- For the purposes of this
notification, “ Boranada Special Economic Zone” means Boranada Special Economic
Zone, located at and comprising of the places bearing the area, khasra numbers
specified below, namely:-

District: Jodhpur
Village: Boranada
Area: 452 . 00 Bighas
Khasra Numbers.- 150 part, 151 part, 152, 152/1, 153 part,
155, 158, 159, 160, 161/1, 161, 162 part, 162/1 part, 176 part, 177 part, 178,
