In
exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Export and Import
Policy, 2002-07, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies the
Handbook of Procedures (Vol. 1) (Revised Edition � March, 2003), as contained
in Annexure to this Public Notice. This shall come into force from 1st
April 2003
