Subject : Procedure for availing Transport and Marketing Assistance (TMA) for
Specified Agriculture Products – amendments in Aayat Niryat Form -7(A)A regd.
In exercise of powers conferred under
Paragraph 2.04 of the Handbook of Procedures, the Director General of Foreign
Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Aayat Niryat Form-7(A)A of
Chapter 7(A) of “Handbook of Procedures 2015-20” w.e.f. the effectiveness of
Public Notice 82/2015-20 dated 20.3.2019.
(i) Amendments in ANF-7(A)A of
HBP: The words ‘CIF’ wherever used in ANF-7(A)A of HBP may be read as ‘CIF/C&F’.
Effect of the Public Notice: As C&F exports are also eligible for TMA,
necessary amendments are made in ANF-7(A)A.
