NEW DELHI, DATED THE 13th APRIL, 2020
Subject: Procedure for availing Transport and Marketing Assistance (TMA) on Specified Agriculture Products — relaxation of time for submission of physical copy of application.
F. No. 01/92/180/01/AM-20/PC-VI.- In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.04 of the Handbook of Procedures (2015-20) as amended, Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the said Handbook of Procedures, with immediate effect:
(i) The following is added at the end of sub clause (c) of para 7(A).01 of HBP 2015-20
“However, for the applications filed electronically on or after 01.2.2020 upto 30.09.2020, physical pdf copy of the print out of ANF-7(A)A along with prescribed documents can be filed manually with RA concerned upto 30.10.2020.”
Effect of the Public Notice: Provision for submission of physical copy of application with the concerned RA has been relaxed.
