In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, as amended, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby amends the procedure to be followed for export of Dollar Gram(Chana) notified in the public notice 86(RE-2006)/2004-2009 dated 27th February 2007 as under:

Existing:

Regional Licensing Authority (RLA) Bhopal and Hyderabad will issue necessary permissions, subject to the quantitative ceiling communicated by the DGFT Head Quarters from time to time.

Amended:

Regional Licensing Authority (RLA) Bhopal, Delhi, Hyderabad and Mumbai will issue necessary permissions, subject to the quantitative ceiling communicated by the DGFT Head Quarters from time to time
