In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment to the Public Notice No. 14(PN)/97-2002 dated 06.06.1997, namely:
�1. The following shall be added at the end of paragraph 3 of the aforementioned public notice:
�The authorization to make future imports shall be given by the Directorate of Vanaspati, Vegetable Oils and Fats on annual basis.�
This issues in public interest.�
