Notification No. 15/2012--Central Excise (N.T.)
G.S.R. (E),- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (3) read with
sub-rule (2) of rule 19 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Board of
Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendment in the notification
No.31/2007-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 2nd August, 2007,namely:-
In the said notification, in paragraph 6, in sub-paragraph (i), for the word,
figures and letters, “section 11AB ", the word, figures and letters, “section
11AA” shall be substituted.

Note.-The principal notification No.31/2007-Central Excise (N.T.), dated 2nd
August, 2007 , was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,
Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 528 (E), dated the 2nd August,2007
and has not been amended so far
