NOTIFICATION
S.O. 41(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
4 of the
Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) read with rule 8 of the Special
Economic
Zones Rules, 2006, and after the grant of the letter of approval on the 24th
July, 2006 under
sub section (10) of section 3 of the said Act to M/s. FAB City SPV (India)
Limited for
setting up of a Special Economic Zone for manufacturing and developing of
semiconductor
facility with Free Trade and Warehousing Zone, the Central Government, on
being satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the
said Act and
other related requirements are fulfilled, hereby notifies the following area of
120.06
hectares at Village Srinagar and Raviryal, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy
District
in the State of Andhra Pradesh comprising of the survey number and area given
below in
the table, with the physical boundaries as hereunder, as Special Economic Zone,
namely:-
