State Trading Corporation transfers the title of imported wheat to Food Corporation of India on high sea sale basis
|
In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09 and Paragraph 1.1 of Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies as follows:
�The Public Notice No. 7(RE-2006)/2004-09 dated 9.5.2006 and Public Notice No. 18(RE-2006)/2004-09 dated 12.6.2006 shall also be applicable in cases where State Trading Corporation(STC) transfers the title of imported wheat to Food Corporation of India(FCI) on high sea sale basis�.
This issues in public interest.
