PUBLIC NOTICE No. 15/2015-2020

New Delhi, Dated the 31^st May, 2016

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Directorate General of Foreign Trade hereby includes the following additional agencies in Appendix 2G of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms of Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20 in terms of Para 2.55 (d) of HBP 2015-20 with immediate effect:-

2. The above agencies are recognized for issuing Pre-shipment Inspection Certificates for a period of 3 years as per provision of Para 2.55(e) of HBP, 2015-20 from the date of issue of this Public Notice. Details of approved spectrometers and survey meters for issuance of PSIC by these agencies are annexed.

3. The above listed Pre-shipment Agencies are allowed time upto 30-6-2016 to submit Bank Guarantee as prescribed in Public Notice No.21 dated 23-06-2015, failing which they will be denotified, without further notice. Further, the notified PSIA’s must ensure to update their membership certificate of MRAI/ISRI/IFIA and their office address and contact details from time to time as required.

Effects of this public notice

Ten additional Pre-Shipment inspection Agencies are notified as PSIAs in terms of Para 2.55 (d) of HBP 2015-20 in Appendix 2G.
