Trade Notice - 05 dated 28^th January, 2011

Subject : Allocation of TRQ for import of Natural Rubber.

        Public Notice No. 23/2009-14 (RE-2010) dated 17.1.2011 had invited applications from actual users for allocation of TRQ for import of Natural Rubber from 18.1.2011 to 24.01.2011. 31 applications were received. Exim facilitation Committee considered the applications and allocated 40,000 MT of Natural Rubber to all applicants. List of 31 applicants arranged alphabetically with IEC Code and quantity allocated is given in the Annexure to this Trade Notice.

2. The applicants are advised to approach concerned Regional Authorities (as per jurisdiction) alongwith ANF 2B duly filled in with applicable fees to obtain the necessary authorization to import Natural Rubber as per allocation made to them, on or before 15^th February 2011. RAs would be issuing Import Authorisation, after scrutinizing the applications. This exercise would be completed by 15^th February 2011.
